Formal Wear $75 (includes Superlative awards and Fan Favorite Eligibilty.)

Mandatory Competition. Any style or color formal wear of your choice.

Every contestant receives a gift. Crown/Sash guaranteed for highest score per age group.

1st - 3rd Runner Ups & age group participants recognized (prizes depending on entries/sponsorships)

Theme Wear $25
Shark Wear - Your choice of Shark inspired outfit.
Highest score in each age group will receive a frame award

Casual Wear $25
Your choice of any style outfit - for those who do not want to purchase a separate themed outfit to qualify for UGS or have a second chance at a higher score for UGS.
Highest score in each age group will receive a frame award

Photogenic - $25
Submit a semi-professional headshot for photogenic judging. Please do not submit a selfie.
Photogenic is awarded based on points given during photogenic scoring, done prior to the pageant, and a vote from the judges point awarded thru gallery selection.
Top photo in each age group receives a framed plaque. 

All Inclusive Package $100 SAVE $25.00 - ULTIMATE GRAND SUPREME ELIGIBILTY                      
Includes formal wear, your choice of theme wear or casual wear (or add both for just $10 additional), photogenic, superlative awards, fan favorite and eligible for Ultimate Grand Supreme.

Ambassador  - $45
Essay Submission
Essays should be at least 3 paragraphs long and at least one page in length.
Ambassadors will receive a crown and sash, the opportunity to walk during the End Duchenne's Pageant (unjudged), & are still eligible to enter and compete for a divisional title (fees apply).
Can be submitted online, by email , or mailed.

Superlatives - Contestants scores from specific criteria (outlines below) plus a vote point from the judges during "Judge's Final Look" after each age group Formal Wear.

Best Hair - Average Hairstyle and Grooming score from all categories, plus vote point from judges during final look after each age group Formal Wear.
Best Eyes - Average Eye Contact score from all categories, plus vote point from judges during final look after each age group Formal Wear.
Best Smile -  Average Smile score from all categories, plus vote point from judges during final look after each age group Formal Wear.
Best Dressed - Average Outfit of Choice, Shoes & Accessories, and Authenticity of Outfit score, plus vote point from judges during final look after each age group Formal Wear.
Best Model - Average Personality, Confidence, and Modeling & Poise score, plus vote point from judges during final look after each age group Formal Wear.

Fan Favorite - included in Formal Wear entry.
Collect monetary donations from friends, family and businesses. There will be online collection, and you are free to collect monetary donations personally and place in to the jars available at the pageant.
Contestant who collects the most donations ($1 equals 1 vote) will be awarded Fan Favorite.

Ultimate Grand Supreme - The contestant with the highest combined Formal Wear score AND either Theme or Casual Wear (which ever is higher), will take home the Ultimate Grand Supreme Title.

An announcement will be made at a later time concerning double crowning depending on entries.

Contestants will be judged on smile, personality, and overall appearances/actions during on stage walk & off stage, for younger children this includes parents/guardians. Please dress appropriately, and not to distract from the contestant.

Phases of Competition ( in this order): Casual Wear (if entered), Theme Wear (if entered), then Formal (mandatory).
